Le Mans Go Karts operates German engineered Rimo Evo 6 go karts across all adult tracks. The Evo 6 karts are popular with Corporate, Social and Christmas bookings.
Rimo is one of the leading go kart manufacturers worldwide. When choosing the right manufacturing techniques, Rimo relies on the most modern processes such as laser cutting technologies, powder coating, computer driven tube bending, as well as robot welding techniques. This attention to detail delivers the exceptional Evo 6 Go Karts which reach speeds of up to 80km/h.
For the experienced racer at Le Mans Go Karts we have the Gold Kart. The Gold kart is the fastest Kart at Le Mans Go-Karts. Le Mans operates 1 Gold Kart at one time on either the Phoenix track or Lakeside track (subject to availability). All drivers must be 18 years+ and must have qualified for a Gold Kart licence. To receive a Gold Kart licence the times required: Phoenix Track – At least one lap time of 36.5 seconds or better in the Evo 6 Karts.
Lakeside Track – At least one lap time of 37.2 seconds or better in the Evo 6 Karts.
Please note the Gold Kart doesn’t operate in the wet and during busy periods. You can phone before you visit to check to see when the Gold Kart is operating.
Le Mans Go Karts runs Double Karts manufactured in Germany by Rimo, these fast double karts have the same features you’d come to expect from the EVO 6 line of karts but with two seats equating to twice the fun. The double karts run exclusively on the adult tracks.
Twin Instructor Double Kart; Suitable for 2 adults or 1 adult driver and child passenger. Please note the child needs to be 1.4m+ height and minimum age 10 years.
Small Double Kart: Suitable for 1 adult driver and child passenger 3-9 years.
Le Mans Go Karts’ German made Mini Rimo Karts are suitable for kids 8-11 years. The minimum height for the Mini Rimo Karts is 1.2m Note: Le Mans now operates two Tall Kids Karts for kids over 1.55m. The karts have been governed to 20 km/h and operate on the EPA track. Public sessions and kids party bookings can be arranged.
The Daytona Electric Karts have two speeds on the kart. Speed 1 is walking pace and Speed 2 is slow jogging pace. The Go-Karts have safety protection around the karts and helmets are provided. Le Mans operates up to 6 electric karts at one time, big groups will require a rotation every session. Party bookings receive exclusive hire of this track. See Kids party rates for more information.
